Cancellation Policy for Dateline Hotel:
At Dateline Hotel, we understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate our guests to the best of our ability. To ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Changes to Booking:
Changes to a reservation can be made up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date.
Any changes requested within 48 hours of the check-in date will not be accommodated, and the original booking details will be upheld.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date to avoid charges.
In the event of a cancellation made within 48 hours of the check-in date, the guest will be charged the full amount for the first night’s accommodation.
Multiple Nights Booking:
For bookings with multiple nights, if a guest chooses to cancel after checking in, they will be charged 50% of the total booking value for each remaining night after the first night.
No-Show Policy:
In the event of a no-show (failure to check in without prior notice of cancellation), the guest will be charged the full amount for the entire booking.
Refunds:
Refunds for cancellations will be processed according to the original method of payment within 5 business days.
Special Circumstances:
In cases of exceptional circumstances (e.g., documented emergencies, natural disasters, etc.), Dateline Hotel reserves the right to review and make exceptions to the cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis.
